MSMM Engineering is currently engaged in providing comprehensive Program, Project, and Engineering Management Support Services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), New Orleans District. Our role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the functionality and safety of critical water resource management infrastructure across southern Louisiana. This includes pivotal projects such as the Mississippi River and Tributaries (MR&T), Mississippi River Ship Channel (MRSC), and the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal (IHNC), among others. Our team is tasked with the meticulous management of engineering support, ensuring all phases of project delivery from initiation through completion are executed with precision, adhering to the highest standards of quality and technical excellence. Utilizing our advanced project management methodologies, MSMM Engineering is responsible for the meticulous orchestration of resources, schedules, and budgets to enhance project delivery and ensure compliance with the Congressionally Authorized requirements.
